H.I.D

The family of High Intensity Discharge lamps includes Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium, Low Pressure Sodium and Mercury Vapor. The first HID lamps were invented over a century ago and have evolved to become an important source for well-controlled lighting in commercial and industrial applications. Developments in Metal Halide technology have improved both its color quality and economics. Metal Halide is generally the preferred HID light source for a full spectrum of indoor and outdoor applications.

As a result of the continued advancements in Metal Halide lamp technology, more than 400 products have been added to our HID inventory. Our expanded performance driven line up includes more options in Ceramic Metal Halide and Pulse Start HID technology, offering longer life, energy savings and improved color quality.
