There is NO Minimum order on all web orders.

Speedy Counter Pick-Up

Need it today? Place your “speedy” order by specifying 'Pick Up in Store' as your shipping method and the preferred location in Markham. We’re open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST. Orders requiring faster pick up service should be called in at (905) 470-6668.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. These items cannot be shipped by commercial carrier. Any products with these restrictions have messages to alert you of the restriction.

Damaged Shipments

Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. CanadaLite is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will help you file the damage claim and when necessary, re-ship your order.

Full Case Requirement

Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. CanadaLite requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.
